Build a basic CV for free, without signup
Add your real experience, confirm the facts and download a basic CV as PDF or HTML. You can do this in the browser workspace without an account, payment or an added job.
You write and review the content. AI tailoring and company research are excluded from the free plan. Paid plans are not available yet.
From your experience to a downloadable document
- Open the workspace. Start with the CV questions or import an existing document. Check the extracted information before relying on it.
- Confirm your facts. Add your name, check your contact details and confirm the experience you want to include. Unsupported numbers and skills should stay out.
- Download from Profile & CV. Use “Download basic CV (PDF)” or “Download basic CV (HTML)”. You need a name and at least one confirmed fact.
- Check and back up. Open the file, review text and page breaks, and export a workspace backup before changing devices.

Keep your facts and your browser copy safe
Your work is saved in this browser. Clearing its data can remove the saved workspace; a different device will not automatically have your copy. Keep a backup somewhere you control. Read the privacy and browser-storage information before importing personal documents or enabling optional connections.
If a download does not work
First check that you added your name and confirmed at least one fact. Wait for PDF preparation to finish and check your browser downloads. If the PDF fonts cannot load, try again or use HTML export. Review every exported file before submitting it.
Common questions
Is the basic CV download free?
Yes. The basic CV workspace and PDF or HTML download do not require an account or payment. Add your name and confirm at least one fact before exporting. Review the result before using it.
Does the free builder write a tailored CV with AI?
No. You add, confirm and edit your own facts. AI tailoring and company research are outside the free plan. Paid subscriptions and checkout are not available yet.
Where is my CV information saved?
The basic workspace saves your information in this browser. It does not automatically sync across devices. Export a backup before clearing browser data or changing devices. See the privacy page for document imports and optional provider connections.
Do I need to add a job before downloading?
No. Open Profile & CV and use Download basic CV (PDF) or Download basic CV (HTML). This exports your confirmed facts without creating a job or sending an application.
Will the CV pass every screening system?
No screening result or interview is guaranteed. Open and check the exported document, make sure its text is readable and follow the employer’s file and application instructions.
