JobAtOnce is a web application for saving candidate facts, finding roles on supported employer boards, reviewing fit, preparing application drafts and organizing interview preparation.

Fit assessments describe the requirements and evidence in this workspace. They do not predict an employer’s decision or guarantee interviews, offers or employment. AI suggestions and source-grounded company research require a configured provider and should be checked against their evidence.

Example mode contains fictional companies, people and outcomes. Actual employer-feed results are labelled separately. Salary assessments, submissions, interviews and outcomes are recorded by you.

Application exports include separate CV and cover letter PDFs. The interview guide downloads as HTML for reading or printing. This build does not automatically submit applications or send messages to employers. Account and payment integrations are implemented, but registration and checkout remain closed until their required services pass testing. Company research is connected through a server-side adapter when credentials and an eligible model are configured.
