Your candidate profile, opportunities, application snapshots and interview notes are saved in this browser’s local storage. They remain after a refresh. Clearing browser data removes them; export a backup in Workspace settings first. Anyone using this browser profile may be able to access this workspace.

Employer discovery sends the employer board name and search text to the server, which requests the employer’s public Greenhouse or Lever feed. It does not send your career profile.

If an administrator connects OpenAI, choosing Analyze role or Generate reviewed proposal sends the job description and your confirmed career facts to that provider after you enable the permission in Settings. Drafting also sends employer questions and uses a separate review request. Company research sends company and role information, without your private career facts. The provider request asks not to store the response; the provider’s own processing and retention terms still apply. Hosted web search is disabled in the controlled AI pilot. Credentials remain on the server.

Document import and PDF text verification run on your device. Files are processed in memory and are not uploaded to our server or an AI provider. Selected source passages are saved in your browser alongside career facts.

Downloads contain the information you export. Employer and source links open third-party sites. No calendar access, analytics tracking, automatic messaging or application submission is connected. Payments remain disabled pending configuration and testing. Fonts are served from this website.

The public preview saves your workspace in your browser. Account integration uses PostgreSQL. The production storage region and provider arrangements still require verification. Saving an account backup sends your workspace to this storage. Paid draft processing, when enabled, stores the submitted evidence and generated result there. Account email uses Resend. Payment details are collected by Stripe when checkout is enabled. Registration remains closed until email delivery is configured. Public launch still requires published retention periods, a deletion process and operator contact details.
